liability company (“Hook-Me-Up Software”), knows that you
care how information about you is used and shared. This notice
describes Hook-Me-Up Software’s privacy policy for our web site
(the “Site”) including all online services and functions.

Registration

You must register on
this Site in order to use certain of the Site’s online services
and functions, such as our blogs. If you just want to browse the
Site, registration is optional.

and announcements boxes during registration. Hook-Me-Up Software also
offers you the option to unsubscribe from newsletters and
announcements by return email or by changing your profile on the
Customer Profile page on the Site.

contact you about other product and service offers from Hook-Me-Up
Software. Hook-Me-Up Software may also use that information to let

addition, you can choose not to receive such information by

Security Technology

When a Site’s
registration/order form asks users to enter financial information

Hook-Me-Up Software may be sold, might sell or buy
businesses or assets of businesses, or Hook-Me-Up Software might
merge with another business. In such transactions, customer
information may be is one of the transferred business assets. Also,
in the event that Hook-Me-Up Software, a line of business of
Hook-Me-Up Software, or substantially all the assets of Hook-Me-Up
